Leslee Bell, Chief Creative Director - Décor & More
After seven years of working for a Toronto-based event management company, Leslee Bell founded Decor & More Inc. Over the course of the next eighteen years, D&M successfully developed into the largest and most awarded decor and design company in Canada. Consequently, Leslee has become one of the industry's most acclaimed and sought after guest speakers for events throughout Canada and the US.

In 2005, Leslee had the extreme honour of being awarded the first, "Spirit of the Industry" award by the Canadian Special Events Industry. She was inducted into their, "Hall of Fame for Lifetime Achievement" based on her stellar reputation for event creativity and design, standards of excellence, contributions to the industry, integrity and ethics.

Leslee continues to be a hands-on participant in the day-to-day management of D&M's major accounts. She works collectively with the company's various departments and continues to stay abreast of the latest, cutting-edge trends in events and design.

Carolyn Luscombe,CSEM, CESP, CMP  President & CEO -   Eclectic Events
Carolyn started her career in 1995. Carolyn has experience in the disciplines of event management, entertainment and meeting management. She has been very involved in ISES Toronto over the last 7 years and has sat as a President on the Toronto Chapter.

Carolyn keeps herself busy writing event management articles for various North American publications, is an Event Management college instructor, and is consistently being nominated internationally for event planning awards.

Simon Rayment, President VP Finance -  Pandor Productions
Fifteen years ago, Simon Rayment entered the audio visual industry as a partner at Pandor Productions. Based in Toronto, Canada, Simon is a seasoned professional specializing in all aspects of technical production. Simon currently is the President of Pandor Productions, and regularly lends his expertise to national and international industry conferences and events as a guest speaker.

Having adopted the simple concept of hiring not only capable, but also "nice" technicians, Pandor is enjoying strong growth in sales and reputation. Simon's pursuit of excellence is not only driving the success of his company, but also the satisfaction of his clients.

Bret Evans, Sales & Marketing Manager  - CCR Solutions Inc.
Bret Evans applies his 15-plus years of successful strategic sales and management techniques as sales and marketing manager for CCR Solutions Inc. His unique skills and experiences are derived from the various roles he served in across a wide array of technology and service organizations. Bret has an unquenchable thirst for technology and how the effective application of that technology can effect change in almost every aspect of life and business. Bret is active in community associations where he donates his time towards coaching various sports teams. He is a father of 5 who looks forward to being on the water in the summer and the slopes in the winter.

Lara has built her career on building successful brands. Working with some of North America's most prominent consumer packaged goods companies, she has helped her clients to craft their unique positioning within the marketplace and solidify this messaging through a variety of consumer touchpoints. Over the past 13 years, Lara has built her expertise through package design, advertising, recruitment brand strategies, and environmental design, amongst many other disciplines. Most recently, Lara has joined her family business, Regal Tent Productions, as Director of Marketing.

Regal Tent Productions is an award-winning tent rental company that provides creative enclosures for some of the most prestigious events across North America and The Caribbean. Regal has covered events for Lexus, Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Mercedes-Benz, Ralph Lauren, Columbia Business School, Boeing, Arnold Palmer, and many more.
